| The Year 2004 marked the 50th anniversary of Hong Kong Toastmasters Club. The event, held at YMCA Tsim Sha Tsui, was a great success with more than 220 guests and members celebrated the auspicious occasion.
Among them were the Honorable Ms. Audrey Eu, founding members Hilton Cheong-Leen and Dr. Alex Wu and members of the past five decades.
Adam Aitken, our Club founder, donated HK$20000 to the Club to help promote the spirit of Toastmasters. The Adam Aitken's Award has been set up in his honour. |

| To let the new generation know about the history of the Club, which can also be said of representing the history of toastmasters in Hong Kong, the Club published the book "The History of Hong Kong Toastmasters". It is a recollection of precious memories of the early toastmasters years in HK. |

| With such a brilliant background behind us, we will continue to expand the great foundation built up by our previous contributors and to support men and women from all walks of life to improve their speaking and leadership skills. |
